Stretch and Strength Class
Every Monday and Wednesday 8:15 to 9:15
A combination breathing, stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises. Part of the class is done in a chair. There are some simple yoga exercises. We use a small ball, flat stretch bands and small weights, usually 2 or 3 lbs. Flat stretch bands and weights can be purchased at Wal-Mart. I do have a few of these to hand out. Come join the fun.
